There could be an oversaturation of new releases in the gaming industry in 2023. Early indications are that 2019 will go down as a landmark year for video games. In the first few months of 2023, we can look forward to the release of a wide variety of Xbox Series X slope game as well as some key upcoming PS5 games (including the launch of PSVR 2).
Of course, there is also a great variety of highly anticipated PC games and Switch titles on the horizon. There will be something for everyone in the lineup of new games coming out in 2023, from massive new IPs to highly anticipated sequels and a host of exciting upcoming indie games.

A complete remake of the cult classic Yakuza game, originally released for PS3 and PS4 in 2014, will be released for PS5 and PC in 2023 under the new name, Like a Dragon: Ishin. This Yakuza spinoff is set in feudal Japan, so you know there will be plenty of ridiculous action.
Relic Entertainment is about to release a sequel to 2009’s Company of Heroes 2, and this one promises to improve upon its predecessor in every way. Company of Heroes 3 is shaping up to be an excellent mix of action, tactics, and strategy, pushing the boundaries of the real-time battle system by including next-gen destructible environments.
